Regarding Electronic Service Infrastructure Projects and Course Registration Procedures

The issue with our university’s electronic services infrastructure has been partially resolved, and the Institute of Natural Sciences website, e-Institute, and Student Information System (OBS) are now accessible.

Our students can log in to OBS using their usernames and passwords. However, the issue with logging into OBS via e-Government persists; this access method is expected to be restored shortly.

As part of the course registration process for the fall semester of the 2026–2027 academic year, our students are advised to:

* Students who have previously selected courses but have not finalized their course registration must log in to OBS to finalize their course registration;
* Students who wish to add courses must complete the course addition process through the system;
* All course registration and course addition procedures must be completed by October 9, 2026

are required.

Graduate program application processes conducted through the e-Institute system are proceeding smoothly. Additionally, the forms required for advisor assignment can be generated through the e-Institute system. Students who have not yet been assigned an advisor may generate the relevant forms through the e-Institute system and submit them to the Department Chairs to which they are affiliated.

Students who have not yet been assigned an advisor, are not in the thesis phase, and will not be applying for graduation at this stage are not required to select Thesis and Specialization Area courses.

However, students who are in the interim report period or who will be applying for graduation are required to select the Thesis and Specialization Area courses.

To ensure our students do not face any difficulties, it is strongly advised that they complete their course registration and course addition procedures by October 9, 2026.
