Candidates placed in the graduate programs of the Graduate School of Science and Engineering by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) under the Türkiye Scholarships program are required to apply in person to our Graduate School together with the documents listed below:

| Passport / Turkish Residence Permit Card | Copy | The original passport or residence permit card will be checked, and a copy will be submitted. |
| TÖMER C1 Certificate (if available)* | Original & Copy (or document with an electronic verification code) | The certificate must be at least C1 level and issued by a TÖMER center of a public university in Türkiye or by the Yunus Emre Institute. The certificate is valid for two years from the date of the examination. |
| English Language Proficiency Certificate ** | Original & Copy (or document with an electronic verification code) | A valid certificate obtained from one of the accepted examinations listed below must be submitted. |
The registered program cannot be changed after registration. Candidates must clearly state the program that they have been placed by YTB.
