According to YTU Senate Code of Practice on Graduate Education Item 3 of Article 7 dictates that the candidates to apply for Integrated Ph.D. programs must have an ALES score (of the relevant type of the field) of minimum 80 and hold a Bachelor's Degree GPA of minimum 3.00.

ARTICLE 7
(3) The candidates who apply for the Ph.D. programs (integrated);
a) must have a Bachelor's Degree GPA of minimum 3.00 out of 4.00 olmalı or a corresponding GPA whose equivalents determined by the Turkish Council of Higher Education,
b) must have an ALES score (ALES score cannot be less than 80 of the relevant type) will be determined by the University Senate or GMAT or GRE scores whose equivalents determined by the Turkish Council of Higher Education.
