2017-2018 SPRING TERM SPECIAL AND VISITING STUDENTS APPLICATIONS
Special and Visiting Student Applications will be between 26th February and 1st March. The classes will start on 12th February.
Application Procedures
-First things first, the candidates should fill in electronically the relevant application form of the forms below and get the approval of the relevant Department Head (must be SIGNED and STAMPED).
-Next step will be to visit the office of TUITION FEES (Davutpaşa Kampüsü, Kışla Binası, A-1005). There, you should learn the amount of payment you need to make and make the payment to the given account numnber of the relevant bank.
-When you have made the payment, you need to get certification from the TUITION OFFICE stating that you have made the payment correctly and submit a copy of the documents below to the TUITION OFFICE.
-Finally, you need to submit a set of copies of the documents below (signed and stamped from the Deparmant and the Tuition Office) to Our Graduate School and complete your application procedure.
Required Documents
1-) For Visiting Students (Already registered student at another Higher Education Institution)
- The Document of Approval by your home university for the course(s) to be taken at Our University (Graduate School Executive Board Decision of the relevant University),
- Certificate of Enrollment,
- Transcript (2 copies),
- A copy of Diploma (2 copies),
- A copy of Identity Card (2 copies),
- When exceeding the maximum period of registration, the invoice of the payment of tuition fee to your home university,
- Application Form,
-If you want to take a course(s) whose medium of instruction is English, you should submit a language certificate required for the relevant graduate program,
-If you are an International Student who wants to take a course(s) whose medium of instruction is Turkish, you should submit a TOMER certificate with a minimum level of C1 (from a State University in Turkey)
NOTE 1: If you are a student enrolled in a private (foundation) university in Turkey, you should also submit an invoice of payment of tuition fee to your home university.

2-) For Special Students (Not a registered student elsewhere)
- The invoice* of the payment of tuition fee to our university and 1 copy (the invoice will be submitted to the Tuition Office and the copy will be submitted to Our Graduate School)
- Certification from the Tuition Office stating that you have made the payment correctly,
- Transcript (2 copies),
- A copy of Diploma (2 copies),
- A copy of Identity Card (2 copies),

TUITION CALCULATIONS
Tuition Payments for Special/Visiting Students will be made on an hourly basis. 1 Hour of Course Fee is 100,00.- TL
Sample Calculation
For a student who wants to take the course "EGT-5226 Eğitim Denetimi"
The Designated Course Hour: 3 hours
3 hours x 100,00: 300,00.-TL is the total tuition fee to be paid.

Important Notes:
1-) The candidates must complete all of the above steps between 26th February and 1st March 2018.
2-) The Special Students who later on qualify for enrollment into and enroll into the graduate programs of Our Graduate School can only substitute 2 courses at most. Also, this procedure is finalized with the depertment's suggestion and the decision by the Executive Board of the Graduate School. This students must apply to their departments within six months of registration.
