Pre-Admission Conditions for Candidates with Scholarship

IMPORTANT: YTU does not offer scholarship to international students. You may follow this application procedure only if you have scholarship from your own government or TUBITAK scholarship from Turkish government. Prospective M.Sc. students must have
 

1. Minimum GPA (BSc) : 3 / 4 or   3.7 / 5 or 75 / 100
    
2. Minimum GRE:  149 (Quantitative)
    

English Proficiency :

A test equivalent to YDS 50 (a local test) accepted by the OSYM (a governmental institution for tests in Turkey)

Prospective Ph.D. students must have
 

1. Minimum GPA (MSc): 3.2 / 4 or 4 / 5 or 80 / 100
    
2. Minimum GRE: 149 (Quantitative)
    

English Proficiency:

A test equivalent to YDS 55 (a local test) accepted by the OSYM (a governmental institution for tests in Turkey)

** If the candidate is admitted to a Turkish-medium program (either MSc or PhD), then a C1 level Turkish proficiency is required.

If a prospective candidate is met the aforementioned conditions, then the following documents must be submitted to fbe-grad@fbe.yildiz.edu.tr  in order to complete the application process. The candidate will be informed of the result within a month following the completion of the application.
