Announcement Regarding Issues with Student Course Selection and Faculty Use of OBS
- For technical support regarding issues such as students’ inability to access the OBS system, error messages during course selection, or being unable to complete transactions—as well as faculty members’ requests regarding title updates, grade entries, and technical issues related to OBS usage—should be submitted via teknikdestek.yildiz.edu.tr.
- For institute-related matters concerning graduate education processes (enrollment status, Executive Board Decisions, graduate education regulations, etc.), users must submit a message to our Institute via the e-Institute system (https://e-enstitu.yildiz.edu.tr) system by selecting the relevant message category.
- For matters regarding course quotas, course schedules, classrooms, course offerings, and department-specific courses, please contact the relevant Department Secretariats.
Requests submitted through the specified channels will be evaluated by the relevant units and resolved as soon as possible. Please be advised that submissions sent through the wrong channels may prolong the processing time.
