Online applications are accepted only during the specified dates.

NOTE: Applications to the doctoral program with a Doctoral Admission Letter (approved by our University Senate for admission without an exam and outside the quota), graduate applications from Bachelor’s degree holders, and applications for the thesis-based master’s program under the Shining Star Program will continue until September 16, 2026.

- A foreign language requirement will be applied for applications and evaluations for Thesis-Based Master’s and Doctoral programs.
- For applications and enrollment in non-thesis master’s programs, an ALES score is not required; instead, candidates will be ranked based on their undergraduate weighted GPA. No foreign language requirement applies to non-thesis master’s programs taught in Turkish. A foreign language requirement applies to non-thesis master’s programs taught in English.
