The applications for the dormitories located on Yildiz Technical University Davutpaşa Campus for the Ph.D. Students and Post-doctoral Researchers start on July 12th, 2023.

The applicants must send the required documents listed below to the following e-mail address between July 12^th-24^th, 2023: doktorayurt@yildiz.edu.tr

Required Documents for Application

1. Document of the address of residence (e-Government) (For Turkish citizens),

2. Criminal record check (e-Government) (For Turkish citizens),

3. Approved copies of residence permit and passport from the police (For international students),

4. Certificate of enrollment (A document stating the status of disciplinary record-For students),

5. A letter of recommendation from the supervisor including a justification to stay at the dormitory (For Ph.D. students and post-doctoral researchers),

6. Academic resume,

7. An officially-approved document showing that the applicant is a post-doctoral researcher (To be obtained at the Vice-Rector’s Office / International Relations Office),

8. An officially-approved document showing that the applicant is a Ph.D. student working as part of international cooperation to be obtained at International Relations Office.

Application Deadlines

Applications Start: 12^th July 2023 Wednesday

Applications End: 24^th July 2023 Monday (Hour: 23.59)

NOTE: The students and researchers who have sent their applications without any missing documents and with the right documents will receive a confirmation e-mail that “their application has been received” within 72 hours after they sent their application. The applications who fail to receive that confirmation must review their documents and send an application e-mail again with the right and complete required documents.
