Regarding Applicants Who Have Completed Their Undergraduate Programs with First-Class, High Honors, or Honors Degrees and Wish to Enroll in Our Graduate Programs

Graduates of our university and graduates of other higher education institutions whose undergraduate programs are ranked equal to or higher than ours in the general category of the QS or Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings, in the general category, are ranked at the same level or higher than our University;

  • Students who complete their undergraduate program with one of the top 3 (three) grades,
  • Graduated with high honors,
  • For doctoral or Master of Fine Arts programs to which students are admitted with a bachelor’s degree, those who graduated with honors,

may be admitted to the relevant graduate programs outside the quota and without an entrance exam, subject to a decision by the Graduate School Council.

Candidates falling under this category must apply to graduate programs in the first semester following their undergraduate graduation, provided that enrollment quotas are available, and must have completed their undergraduate studies by the eighth (4/8) semester at the latest (for students who have completed their foreign language preparatory instruction in half a semester, their semesters are displayed as 4/9 in the system and are taken into consideration).

Required Documents:

  • Turkish ID Card/Population Registry Card
  • The transcript that students graduating with honors or high honors will obtain through e-Government, For students graduating with a degree from the University, Faculty, and Department, the original and a photocopy of the Degree Certificate issued by the Office of Student Affairs along with the Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bachelor’s Degree or an electronically verifiable Graduation Certificate obtained from e-Government
  • Original Bachelor’s Degree Transcript or an electronically verifiable transcript obtained from e-Government
  • ALES or GRE Certificate (must have achieved the minimum score required for the program to which you are applying)
  • Foreign Language Certificate (Must meet the minimum score required for the program to which you are applying)
